Sacred Esoteric Healing
Sacred Esoteric Healing (as taught by Serge Benhayon through Universal Medicine) is a very gentle, non intrusive therapy that involves placing the hands on specific areas of the clothed body. The sessions provide a moment to stop and feel for ourselves what is going on. Our bodies reflect back to us the choices that we have been making in our lives and so by re-connecting back to our bodies we are able to feel very clearly what is needed in order to guide ourselves back to true health. Esoteric Healing supports the body to let go of everything that is preventing life from flowing effortlessly. It serves as a powerful reminder as to how our bodies feel when they are relaxed and free of tension, we are then more able to choose this as a conscious way of living.
