Universal Delicacy - Starts Friday 7th August

Delicacy is an innate quality that is within us all. This immutable fact leads us to ask 'how can a quality that is innate within us all, feel so foreign to most?' The answer is very simple, we, as a society have become so far removed from our natural way of being, that we have totally lost sight of who and what we truly are.
Both men and women alike, move with hardness, we throw ourselves from task to task, fixating on getting through our to-do list and totally ignoring the quality in which we're moving.
This six week course includes a range of floor based, sitting and standing movements designed to re-introduce the body to how it feels to move in gentleness. From gentleness, moving with delicacy is an innate next step. Our bodies get to feel how gloriously delicious it is to move in this way and as the body registers every experience that it feels, then once registered, it will never be forgotten. Moving with gentleness and delicacy will therefore remain a forever option forever more.

These classes are video recordings and will be posted on the dates below. Each class is an hour in length. You will then have 2 weeks to repeat the class as many times as you like. All dates are Australian.
